Affable personnel is like manager.

Very amiable staff and good sized rooms, we had an amazing experience. There were a storage and an iron in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The location was historic, around 10-15 minutes walk from an art museum. Furthermore, close to many restaurants.

Great and comfortable location for Riverside, just off Close to downtown Riverside as well as activities scheduled.

A luxury and excellent hotel in Riverside with excellent staff like manager. Large rooms with comfy beds, a storage and an iron. Favourable location to convention center. And right by the Ontario airport, the convenience store across the street and irvine.

By and large, it was great base for sightseeing in Riverside, had much fun and met professional staff like manager. Overall the room was a nice size and brand-new with comfy beds as well as a jacuzzi. The cost was US$ 156. The location was unbeatable, really close to the Ontario airport and Riverside and resturants like Mc D's.

A little worn out room.

Good-sized and brand-new room and clean bathroom with a shower and hairdryers. Easy check in, reasonable prices. Quiet and convenient location in a well kept area next to the convenience store across the street and downtown and restaurants. Again, walking distance to Cafe Sevilla of Riverside.

Beds were not so comfortable.

It was a historic building, the room was a nice size and brand-new with a jacuzzi. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, close to downtown Riverside as well as the Ontario airport.

The room seemed a little worn out.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the accommodations were clean and quiet. The lobby and courtyard were well-maintained, and there were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The spa tub in the king suite was a major plus, especially for taller guests.

For us, it was ideal.

Staff is always friendly, the place is always spotless, and the upgraded rooms add to the comfort.

Pillows are a bit hard, could use an upgrade there.

The room was affordable and the staff was pleasant.

Both nights that I stayed there were no towels in the room. This was quickly corrected by the staff, however.

This hotel is conveniently located in close proximity to the convention center and a wide variety of restaurants in the area. The rooms offer the basics, including a fridge and microwave, with some even featuring a spa tub. The air conditioning works well, ensuring a comfortable stay. The neighborhood store across the street is a convenient amenity for guests.

The TV selection leaves much to be desired.
